In response to this result, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce responded on October 30 that China has repeatedly pointed out that the EU's countervailing subsidy investigation on China's electric vehicles has a lot of irrationality and non-compliance, which is a protectionist practice of "unfair competition" in the name of "fair competition". China does not agree with the outcome of the ruling. China does not recognize or accept the results of the ruling, and has filed a lawsuit under the WTO dispute settlement mechanism.
